When it comes to good health…

God didn’t waste energy on things that don’t support our good health. In other words, all the plants and things grown from the Earth have many positive benefits to keeping us well. We need more than the vitamin C in an orange. We need all the other nutrients in that orange. We need more than the iron in spinach. We need the hundreds of other nutrients in that spinach.  The point is that all those nutrients work together to benefit our good health.  Moms know that the most important thing we can eat to keep our families healthy is the good healthy foods we can pick from the ground, the trees, and the vines.  Don’t skimp when it comes to your health and keepin’ your kids from gettin’ sick.  Get good nutrition.  Plenty of fruits and vegetables is what it takes.
